		<description>I think your remarks on the long term effects of misconduct are well taken. Your anger at what appears to be an epidemic of misconduct speaks well of your character. My personal belief is that a narcissistic age where everyone fees entitled to monetary success or a few minutes of fame encourages outrageous behavior.

		<description>I think Ruth the Badger would not know whether she was telling the truth or making it up, seeing she claimed to have added several million to sales in a short period (sorry dont know the exact figures!) and walked away from a share of the business, it was all strange.  Chris is right you can not afford to upset people when you are on the way up as you may need them on the way down! also if you are on the way down, you may need the help of people who are on the way up. Be friends, be honest but add a bit of cunning too, like the fox, not the badger</description>
